Fried rice with nuts

Ingredients

1 Bowl boiled rice
1 Egg
2 ounces Toasted cashew nuts
1 ounce Toasted almonds
1 ounce Toasted peanuts
1 tablespoon Soy sauce; (1 to 2)
1 Whole chilli; (Optional)
¼ teaspoon Pepper
tablespoon Oil
1 Spring onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce

Directions

Heat the oil, stir in the egg then add the rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper. Stir until piping hot.

Place the rice onto a serving plate and garnish with cashew nuts, peanuts, almonds, spring onions and chilli.
