Scallops in lime juice and glazed endive salad

Ingredients

450 grams Fresh king scallops
1 teaspoon Green peppercorns; crushed
Salt and pepper
2 Limes; juice of
1 Lime; grated fine , zest
; of
75 millilitres White wine
1 Shallot; grated
75 millilitres Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Remove the roe, clean and thinly slice the fresh scallops.

Mix all the other ingredients together and place into a container. Add the sliced scallops and leave in the marinade for approximately 20 minutes.

Remove and place on to a plate with a little warm glazed endive.
