¼ | cup | Green pepper -- chopped |
1 | can | Tomatoes -- 16 oz w/liquid |
1 | can | Mild chili beans -- 16 oz |

1 | pounds | Ground beef |
2 | teaspoons | Chili powder |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Cooked spaghetti, optional |
Directions
Puree onion, green pepper, tomatoes and beans in a blender or food processor until smooth. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown the beef; drain. Add seasonings and the pureed vegetables. Simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Add cooked spaghetti before serving if desired.
