Seafood crepes mornay

12 Crepes;
2 Sole;cubed;fillets
½ cup Shrimp
cup Crab
cup Green Onion;chopped
cup Mushrooms;chopped
¼ cup Olives;chopped
cup White Wine
3 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
cup MORNAY SAUCE
3 Garlic;minced;cloves

Directions

Make Crepes, omitting powdered sugar. Make MORNAY SAUCE. Keep crepes warm in warm oven and MORNAY SAUCE warm over low heat.

Melt butter in saute pan; add all other ingredients except wine.

Saute thoroughly for about 7 minutes; turn up heat, add white wine and cook another 3 - 4 minutes. Remove crepes from oven; carefully stuff and roll each crepe. Pour MORNAY SAUCE over crepes and serve.
