Seafood crepes mornay

⅓ | cup | Crab |
⅓ | cup | Green Onion;chopped |
⅓ | cup | Mushrooms;chopped |
¼ | cup | Olives;chopped |
⅛ | cup | White Wine |
3 | tablespoons | Butter |
3 | tablespoons | Lemon Juice |
1½ | cup | MORNAY SAUCE |
3 | Garlic;minced;cloves |
Directions
Make Crepes, omitting powdered sugar. Make MORNAY SAUCE. Keep crepes warm in warm oven and MORNAY SAUCE warm over low heat.
Melt butter in saute pan; add all other ingredients except wine.
Saute thoroughly for about 7 minutes; turn up heat, add white wine and cook another 3 - 4 minutes. Remove crepes from oven; carefully stuff and roll each crepe. Pour MORNAY SAUCE over crepes and serve.
