Seafood saute mornay

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 ounces Sea scallops
2 ounces Salmon; diced
2 ounces Shrimp
2 tablespoons Mushrooms
1 teaspoon Green onion; chopped
1 teaspoon Olive oil
4 ounces Heavy cream
1 ounce Grated Parmesan cheese
1 ounce Chardonnay
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil. Add scallops, shrimp and salmon.

Saute until seafood begins to curl. Splash with white wine. Add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Add parmesan cheese till it thickens. Serve in casserole topped with chopped parsley.
