Seafood spread / toaster oven

Ingredients

1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
½ cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Butter
1 can Crab meat, 6 oz, drained flaked and catilage removed
ounce Shrimp, canned, rins drained, chopped fi
1 tablespoon Green onion, sliced
1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Directions

Combine cheese, sour cream, and butter; beat till fuffly. Stir in remaining ingedients. Spread on bread, bagels, or English muffins.

P on rack in oven. Toast at medium setting. Store spread in refigerato Makes about 2⅓ cups.

To Freeze: Store assorted bread toppers in empty 6 oz. juice cans.
