Smoked salmon cracker spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
½ teaspoon Salt
1 each Tb lemon juice
2 teaspoons Finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon Liquid smoke
½ teaspoon Horseradish
16 ounces Can salmon, drained, bones removed, flaked
Chopped pecans
Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

MAKES: 2 CUPS

In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sallt, lemon juice, onion, liquid smoke, and horsereadish. Continue beating until well mixed. Stir in salmon by hand. Spoon into serving bowl. If desired, garnish with pecans and parsley. Store refrigerated.
