Salmon spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Package light cream cheese
cup Plain lowfat yogurt
2 eaches Tb dry sherry or milk
½ teaspoon Dried dillweed
¼ teaspoon Lemon pepper seasoning
6⅛ ounce Can skinnless, boneless salmon, drained and flaked
3 eaches Tb finely shredded carrot
Assorted crackers or party rye bread
Combine creamcheese, yogurt, sherry, dillweed, and lemon pepper

Directions

MAKES: 2 CUPS
