Salmon spread

⅓ | cup | Plain lowfat yogurt |
2 | eaches | Tb dry sherry or milk |
½ | teaspoon | Dried dillweed |
¼ | teaspoon | Lemon pepper seasoning |
6⅛ | ounce | Can skinnless, boneless salmon, drained and flaked |
3 | eaches | Tb finely shredded carrot |
Assorted crackers or party rye bread | ||
Combine creamcheese, yogurt, sherry, dillweed, and lemon pepper |
Directions
MAKES: 2 CUPS
