Seasame spinach salad

1 pounds Spinach; fresh
1 cup Mushrooms; sliced
1 tablespoon Low-sodium soy sauce;
1 tablespoon Water
1 tablespoon Walnut oil;
1 tablespoon Sesame oil;
1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame seeds;

Directions

Wash spinach thoroughly and trim off tough stems. Spin or pat dry.
