Ingredients

1 | Boboli\" pizza crusts (1-2 8\") | |
2 | Pita breads (6 inch) | |
2 | Burrito size tortillas (10-12 inch) | |
½ | cup | Tomato sauce |
1 | cup | Cooked mushrooms |
¼ | cup | Mozzarella, goat, ricotta or extra sharp; shredded (1/4-1/2cup) |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Set the dough (of choice) on a baking sheet. Spread the sauce over the top, then dot with mushrooms and cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.
Yield: 2 servings
