1 pounds Flank steak - cut into strips
1 teaspoon Five-spice powder
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
3 Minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon Grated ginger
1 cup Sliced red bell pepper
1 cup Sliced yellow bell pepper
2 cups Baby bok choy - sliced
½ cup Beef broth
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Arrowroot / cornstarch
2 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Directions: In a small bowl, combine the flank steak with the five spice powder. Let stand for 30 minutes. In a large wok or saut‚ pan, heat the olive oil and sesame oil. Add the garlic cloves and ginger. Stir fry 1 minute then add the steak. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring often. Add the red and yellow bell peppers and bok choy. Cook for 1 minute to slightly wilt the vegetables. In a small bowl, stir together the beef broth, soy sauce and arrowroot. Add the liquid mixture to the wok and cook until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the sesame seeds. Serve with steamed rice. * Five Spice powder can be found in the Asian spice section of your supermarket.
