Orange oriental sesame beef stir-fry

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Orange Juice
2 tablespoons Soy sauce; (light)
1 Envelope GOOD SEASONS Oriental Sesame Salad Dressing Mix
½ cup Oil
1 tablespoon Grated orange peel
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 pounds Lean boneless beef sirloin; cut into strips
5 cups Assorted cut-up fresh vegetable or 1 pkg; (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
Hot Cooked Rice

Directions

Mix juice, soy sauce, salad dressing mix, oil, peel and garlic in cruet or small bowl as directed on the envelope.

Heat 1 TBS of the dressing mixture in large skillet on medium heat. Add meat; cook and stir until cooked through. Add vegetables and remaining dressing mixture; cook and stir until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve over rice.

Makes 4 servings.

Notes: In the beginning of the recipe they suggest using the colorful Broccoli Slaw Mix you find available in the produce section of grocery stores.

I used a frozen package of Mixed Veggies that added many colors to the dish with the various pepper strips, julienne carrots and broccoli with a few snow peas, turned out delicious.
