Orange oriental sesame beef stir-fry

1 | Envelope GOOD SEASONS Oriental Sesame Salad Dressing Mix | |
½ | cup | Oil |
1 | tablespoon | Grated orange peel |
1 | Clove garlic; minced | |
1 | pounds | Lean boneless beef sirloin; cut into strips |
5 | cups | Assorted cut-up fresh vegetable or 1 pkg; (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed |
Hot Cooked Rice |
Directions
Mix juice, soy sauce, salad dressing mix, oil, peel and garlic in cruet or small bowl as directed on the envelope.
Heat 1 TBS of the dressing mixture in large skillet on medium heat. Add meat; cook and stir until cooked through. Add vegetables and remaining dressing mixture; cook and stir until vegetables are tender-crisp. Serve over rice.
Makes 4 servings.

Notes: In the beginning of the recipe they suggest using the colorful Broccoli Slaw Mix you find available in the produce section of grocery stores.
I used a frozen package of Mixed Veggies that added many colors to the dish with the various pepper strips, julienne carrots and broccoli with a few snow peas, turned out delicious.
