Sesame rice

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 small Onion; chopped
1 Garlic clove; minced
1 tablespoon Oil, sesame or veg.
3 cups Rice; hot, cooked (cooked in chicken broth)
1 medium Tomato; seeded and finely chopped
½ cup Green onions; sliced
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped;or cilantro
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds; toasted

Directions

Cook onion and garlic in oil in large skillet over medium heat until tender. Stir in rice, tomato, green onions and parsley; heat thoroughly. Garnish with sesame seeds.
