Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
16 ounces Refried beans
¼ cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Taco seasoning
1 cup Cheese, shredded
ounce Ripe olives, sliced
1 Tomatoes; chopped
1 cup Guacamole
1 cup Sour cream
24 ounces Tortilla chips

Directions

REMAINING LAYERS

CHIPS

Use Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese. Drain olives. Chop tomato.

Mix together bean layer ingredients and spread over bottom of 10" glass pie plate. Layer remaining ingredients in the order listed.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Sylvia's comments: I added the sour cream and taco seasoning to what had been plain beans because I liked it in another recipe. This is a FAST something-to-take-to-a-party. It's too much to fit in a pie place, I used a glass casserole and it was almost too much for that.

I wasn't wild about the combination of flavors, though.
