1 | Potato, mashed per person | |
1 | can | Cream Style Corn |
Onions, chopped | ||
Mushrooms, chopped | ||
Celery, chopped | ||
Carrots, chopped |
Directions
Saute meat in a skillet until brown then drain off all the fat. In the same pan, add onions, mushrooms, celery and carrots. Cook until limp. Blend in the hamburger and season to taste. Spread in a casserole dish and spread cream corn over top and cover with mashed potatoes. Bake 30 minutes in a preheated 350oF oven.
