Shepherd's salad

Ingredients

| 3 | eaches | Green onions, minced |
| 1 | large | Green bell pepper, diced |
| 1 | each | Hot green chili, minced |
| 1 | cup | Chopped fresh parsley |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
| Salt | ||
| Oil & lemon dressing | ||
Directions
Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl. Add the dressing & vinegar & mix well.
