Sherried ham in cream

12 | slices | Baked or boiled ham; thin |
1 | cup | Dry sherry |
1½ | cup | Heavy cream |
1½ | cup | Edam or gouda cheese; shredded |
Directions
Marinate ham in sherry in refrigerator for 12 hours, turning ham occasionally. Remove ham from sherry; roll. Arrange rolls in a single layer in a greased shallow baking dish, placing loose ends down. Pour cream over ham. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
