Sherry mushroom filling

Quantity Ingredient
¼ pounds Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch Green onions, sliced
2 eaches To 3 tbs butter
¼ cup Sherry or brandy
1 teaspoon Bovril
½ cup Sour cream
dash Nutmeg
Salt & pepper

Directions

saute sliced mushrooms and onions in butter until soft. Add sherry or brandy and saute until most of the liquid has evaporated. stir in Bovril, sour cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
