Sherry mushroom filling

¼ | pounds | Fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1 | bunch | Green onions, sliced |
2 | eaches | To 3 tbs butter |
¼ | cup | Sherry or brandy |
1 | teaspoon | Bovril |
½ | cup | Sour cream |
dash | Nutmeg | |
Salt & pepper |
Directions
saute sliced mushrooms and onions in butter until soft. Add sherry or brandy and saute until most of the liquid has evaporated. stir in Bovril, sour cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
