Shiitake chips

½ cup Shiitake mushrooms
Oil for frying
Salt

Directions

Heat the frying oil to 350 degrees. Slice the mushrooms very thinly. Fry until crisp. Remove and drain on a paper towel lined plate. Season with salt.
