Shredded slaw with creamy horseradish dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Finely shredded green cabbage
½ Red bell pepper; julienned
½ cup Snow peas; blanched and julienned
¼ cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sour cream
1 tablespoon Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Bottled horseradish; drained
Tabasco; to taste

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Gently toss with the cabbage until well coated.

Serve immediately.

Yield: 2 servings
