Shredded slaw with creamy horseradish dressing

2 | cups | Finely shredded green cabbage |
½ | Red bell pepper; julienned | |
½ | cup | Snow peas; blanched and julienned |
¼ | cup | Mayonnaise |
2 | tablespoons | Sour cream |
1 | tablespoon | Cider vinegar |
1 | teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
2 | teaspoons | Bottled horseradish; drained |
Tabasco; to taste |
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Gently toss with the cabbage until well coated.
Serve immediately.
