Potato salad with horseradish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Approx New potatoes, , boiled & cubed
1 cup Miracle Whip® light
¼ cup Horseradish, (dairy Dept.) drain
2 Eggs, hard-boiled, , chopped
1 cup Celery, , chopped
¼ cup Onion, , chopped
To taste Sugar, Salt and pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over the cooked potatoes. If the potatoes are well cooked and warm it will give you the creamier salad.
