Shrimp and asparagus pizza

2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 pounds Asparagus -- cut diagonal 1\" pcs
¾ pounds Med shrimp; peel, devein -- half lengthwise
½ teaspoon Garlic -- minced
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Lemon peel
cup Meunster; chred -- divide
1 12\" pizza crust
2 Plum tomatoes -- diced

Directions

Preheat 450~. Heat oil, add asparagus and cook until tender-crisp, 5 to 6 minutes. Add shrimp, garlic, salt and lemon peel; cook, stirring, just until shrimp is opaque, 1-½ minutes. Sprinkle ¾ c Muenster over crust. Add shrimp and asparagus mixture; top with ¾ c Muenster and tomatoes. Bake 10 minutes. Per Slice: 310 Cal; 14 gr Fat.
