Shrimp pizza

Ingredients

3 | cans | Shrimp; 4-1/2 to 5 oz. ea. |
⅓ | cup | Onion; chopped |
3 | Garlic cloves; finely choppd | |
½ | cup | Shortening (or oil); melted |
18 | ounces | Tomato paste, Italian style |
⅓ | cup | Parsley; chopped |
1½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
3 | Pizza crusts (9\"); unbaked | |
¾ | pounds | Cheese, Mozzarella; thinly sliced |
Directions
Drain shrimp and rinse with cold water. Cook onion and garlic in shortenign until tender. Add tomato paste and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; add parsley and oregano. Place pizza crusts on well-greased baking pans. Cover each crust with one-third of the sauce, one-third of the shrimp, and one-third of the cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese melts.
