Shrimp pesto pizza

kilograms Pizza dough
Litres tomato sauce
kilograms Mozzarella
kilograms Shrimp, med size, pan fried
300 millilitres Pesto sauce
1 kilograms Fresh tomato sliced
500 grams Olives black and green
200 grams Sun dried tomato

Directions

Spread the dough, top with tomato suace and mozzarella. Combine shrimp and pesto sauce and top the pizza. Top with fresh tomato, sun dried tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Cook and serve.
