1½ | kilograms | Shrimp, med size, pan fried |
300 | millilitres | Pesto sauce |
1 | kilograms | Fresh tomato sliced |
500 | grams | Olives black and green |
200 | grams | Sun dried tomato |
Directions
Giuliano Gasali of the Grand Formosa Regent Hotel Taipei.
Spread the dough, top with tomato suace and mozzarella. Combine shrimp and pesto sauce and top the pizza. Top with fresh tomato, sun dried tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Cook and serve.
