Shrimp and shells in black bean cream sauce

Ingredients

½ pounds Medium pasta shells
4 Green onion(s)
1 tablespoon Bottled
Black bean-garlic-sauce
¾ cup Heavy cream
½ pounds Large shrimp
Shelled and deveined

Directions

1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until tender but still firm, 7-9 min. Drain well.

2. Meanwhile, chop the green onions. In a large frying pan, combine the black bean-garlic sauce and cream and bring to a gentle boil over high heat. Cook 1 min. Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the shrimp. Cook, stirring often, until the sauce thickens somewhat and the shrimp are pink and curled, 2-3 min.

3. Add the pasta and toss. Add the green onions and toss well.
