Shrimp ball

Ingredients

½ | pounds | Cooked small shrimp, coarsley chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Minced onion |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
8 | ounces | Cream cheese, softened |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 | tablespoon | Horseradish |
½ | cup | Finely chopped parsley |
Directions
Mix shrimp, onion, salt, cream cheese, lemon juice, and horseradish together well. Divide in half and shape into balls. Roll in parsley.
