Shrimp creole - alaska sea

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
1 cup Celery; diced
1 medium Onion; chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Chili powder
1 cup Tomato juice
1 tablespoon Vinegar
½ teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Shrimp; cooked
cup Rice; cooked

Directions

Saute celery and onion in oil. Add salt, sugar, chili powder, vinegar and tomato juice. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Add shrimp and rice; heat well.
