Shrimp patties

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Shrimp,small or chopped
¾ cup Water
1 tablespoon Starch
1 cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

In a mixing bowl, with your hands, mix the ingredients together. In a frying pan over medium heat pour oil ¼/" deep. Make 2" patties, ¼" thick and fry, turning once, about 2 min per side. Serve with garlic and vinegar sauce.
