Shrimp scampi (microwave)

½ | cup | Butter or margarine |
2 | eaches | Cloves garlic, chop fine |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 | tablespoon | Parsley flakes |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | pounds | Med shrimp, shelled |
1 | x | Paprika and cleaned |
Directions
Place butter and garlic in 8 inch round dish. Cook on High 3 to 4 minutes or until butter is melted. Add lemon juice, parsley and salt, stir in shrimp. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook at Medium 6 to 7 minutes, or until shrimp is tender, stir once. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika before serving. Yield: 4 servings
