Shrimp spaghetti

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Spaghetti
3 tablespoons Butter (or marg.)
½ cup Onion; chopped
½ cup Celery; chopped
1 Garlic clove; minced
cup Mushrooms, sliced
1 cup Water
16 ounces Tomato sauce
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Shrimp, fresh; or frozen, cooked
Cheese, Parmesan; grated

Directions

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Melt butter and saute onion, celery, garlic, and mushrooms until tender. Add water, tomato sauce, seasonings, and shrimp. Simmer for 25 minutes. Pour over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
