Shrimp sauce with spaghetti

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 eaches Cloves Finely Chopped Garlic
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
¼ cup Cooking Oil
½ pounds Cooked,shelled,
1 can 14 oz Tomatoes
1 x Deveined shrimp
½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
½ teaspoon Dried Basil
8 ounces Spaghetti, cooked
1 can 6 oz Tomato Paste
1 x Grated Cheese

Directions

Brown garlic, in oil; add tomatoes, salt and basil. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and oregano; simmer for 15 minutes longer. Stir in shrimp, garlic salt and horseradish; heat. Serve over hot spaghetti and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Yields: 4 Servings.
