Simple tofu vegetables

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 mediums Onions, cubed
1 medium Green bell pepper, cubed
½ pounds Mushrooms, halved
1 pounds Cubed tofu
½ cup Sunflower seeds
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Sage

Directions

In hot oil, saute onions till limp. Add pepper, mushrooms, tofu, seeds water & herbs. Simmer till vegetables are limp. Serve over cooked rice.
