Simple tofu vegetables

2 | mediums | Onions, cubed |
1 | medium | Green bell pepper, cubed |
½ | pounds | Mushrooms, halved |
1 | pounds | Cubed tofu |
½ | cup | Sunflower seeds |
1 | cup | Water |
1 | teaspoon | Basil |
1 | teaspoon | Sage |
Directions
In hot oil, saute onions till limp. Add pepper, mushrooms, tofu, seeds water & herbs. Simmer till vegetables are limp. Serve over cooked rice.
