Sirloin with mushrooms

Ingredients

1 | 2 lb. sirloin steak, all fat removed | |
¼ | cup | Teriyaki sauce |
1 | teaspoon | Freshly ground black pepper |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
½ | pounds | Sliced mushrooms |
½ | cup | Beef broth |
Directions
Marinate steak in teriyaki sauce and spices overnight, covered tightly or in a food storage bag. Heat skillet to 400ø.
Add steak, reserving marinade. Sear for 5 minutes on each side. Add mushrooms and stir them until they are slightly browned, about 2 minutes more. Add leftover marinade and broth.
