Skillet barbecued steaks

Ingredients

8 Minute steaks -- (cubed
Round
Steak) -- 1/4 lb each
1 cup Plain tomato sauce -- check
Label for no added oil
½ cup Green pepper -- chopped
¼ cup Pineapple juice --
Unsweetened
2 tablespoons Onion -- instant minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Brown steaks on both sides in skillet. Pour off any fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook and stir, uncovered, until sauce is thick. Per serving: Calories--224⅖ Carbohydrate--5.3 grams Fat--11⅗ grams Recipe By :
