Sloppy joe topped potatoes

1 | pounds | Ground beef |
1 | can | (15-oz) Green Giant Sloppy Joe Sandwich sauce; or |
1 | can | (15.5-oz) tomato sandwich sauce with seasoning |
Shredded Cheddar cheese | ||
Sliced green onions | ||
Chopped tomato |
Directions
Pierce potatoes with fork. Arrange in spoke pattern on microwave-safe paper towel in microwave. Microwave on HIGH for 10-12 minutes or until tender, turning potatoes and rearranging halfway through cooking. Meanwhile, in large skillet brown ground beef over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in sauce. Reduce heat to medium; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. To serve, cut potatoes in half lengthwise; mash slightly with a fork. Spoon about ¾ cup beef mixture over each potato. If desired, top with shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced green onions and chopped tomato.
