Smoked fillet casserole

3 | mediums | Potatoes |
1 | medium | Onion; sliced |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | Cu medium white sauce | |
½ | cup | Grated cheddar cheese |
Directions
Recipe By : Ted Dahlen "Smoke Seafood" Cut fish into cubes. Boil potatoes in skins for 20 minutes or until partially cooked. Peel and slice. In a greased 1-½ quart casserole, place layers, alternating potatoes, fish, onion and salt. Begin and end with a layer of potatoes.
Pour on white sauce and top with grated cheese. Bake in a moderate oven (350 ) for 30 minutes or until fish and potatoes are cooked.
