Smoked haddock and prawn tagliatelle

1 | tablespoon | Cooking oil |
1 | small | Onion -sliced thinly |
3 | ounces | Mushrooms - sliced; (75g) |
4 | ounces | Smoked haddock - filleted and cubed; (100g) |
2 | teaspoons | Schwartz Lemon and Dill Seasoning |
1 | teaspoon | Schwartz Chives |
2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
¼ | pint | Single cream; (150ml) |
4 | ounces | Peeled prawns; (100g) |

Directions
Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions. Meanwhile heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and mushrooms. Add the smoked haddock and fry gently for 1 - 2 minutes. Stir in the Lemon and Dill Seasoning, Chives, lemon juice, single cream and prawns. Season with salt and Pepper. Heat until simmering. Toss the pasta with the sauce to serve.
