Smoked tagliatelle with hazelnuts

125 | grams | Skimmed-milk soft cheese; (4oz) |
1 | 150 gram car low-fat natural yoghurt; (5oz) | |
100 | grams | Smoked ham; chopped (3 1/2 oz) |
50 | grams | Shelled hazelnuts; chopped roughly |

2 | teaspoons | Toasted sesame seeds; (optional) |

Directions
Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water according to the packet instructions. Drain and return to the warm pan.
Add the soft cheese, yoghurt, ham and hazelnuts, season and toss well to coat the tagliatelle thoroughly. Turn into a serving dish and sprinkle over the sesame seeds, if using.
Serve immediately.
