Smoked tagliatelle with hazelnuts

250 grams Tagliatelle verdi; (8oz)
125 grams Skimmed-milk soft cheese; (4oz)
1 150 gram car low-fat natural yoghurt; (5oz)
100 grams Smoked ham; chopped (3 1/2 oz)
50 grams Shelled hazelnuts; chopped roughly
; (2oz)
2 teaspoons Toasted sesame seeds; (optional)
Salt and pepper

Directions

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water according to the packet instructions. Drain and return to the warm pan.

Add the soft cheese, yoghurt, ham and hazelnuts, season and toss well to coat the tagliatelle thoroughly. Turn into a serving dish and sprinkle over the sesame seeds, if using.

Serve immediately.
