Smoked salmon and cream cheese omelet

cup Smoked Salmon
2 Green onions, chopped
3 ounces Creamed cheese
3 Eggs

Directions

Saute w chopped green onions and ⅓ cup smoked salmon in butter for 2 or three minutes. Stir in cubed cream cheese until melted.

Use to fill 2-3 egg omelet.
