Salmon and cream cheese dip

Ingredients

1 418 gram can salmon; drained (14.75oz)
1 200 gram car creamery full fat soft cheese
4 tablespoons Creme fraiche
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Freshly chopped parsely
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
To serve: vegetable crudites

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Spoon into a serving dish, garnish with the parsley and serve with the crudites.
