Smoked salmon scramble

4 tablespoons Milk or single cream
Salt
Schwartz Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Schwartz Fennel Seeds
1 ounce Butter; (25g)
4 ounces Smoked salmon - chopped; (100g)

Directions

Beat the eggs with the milk or cream, salt, Pepper and Fennel Seeds. Melt the butter in a non stick frying pan and pour in the egg mixture, stirring until cooked and creamy. Stir in the smoked salmon, heating through gently for a minute before serving with crusty bread.
