Snappy seafood pita sandwichs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 packs Crab or lobster delights*
1 medium Tomato, chopped
½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
½ cup Green pepper, chopped
½ cup Yogurt, plain low-fat
2 ounces Feta cheese, fine crumbled
¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 clove Garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon Black pepper, fresh ground
4 Pita breads, cut in half

Directions

*Louis Kemp Fat Free Crab or Lobster Delights. May use up to 3 oz feta cheese and up to 6 pita breads.

In a large bowl, combine all ingreditents ::except:: bread; mix well.

Chill. Serve seafood mixture in pita bread halves OR on lettuce leaves, as desired.
