Snappy seafood pita sandwichs

1 | medium | Tomato, chopped |
½ | cup | Red onion, finely chopped |
½ | cup | Green pepper, chopped |
½ | cup | Yogurt, plain low-fat |
2 | ounces | Feta cheese, fine crumbled |
¼ | cup | Cilantro, chopped |
¼ | cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | clove | Garlic, minced |
¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper, fresh ground |
4 | Pita breads, cut in half |
Directions
*Louis Kemp Fat Free Crab or Lobster Delights. May use up to 3 oz feta cheese and up to 6 pita breads.
In a large bowl, combine all ingreditents ::except:: bread; mix well.
Chill. Serve seafood mixture in pita bread halves OR on lettuce leaves, as desired.
