Simple seafood subs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
43 grams Crab surimi seafood chunks
2 tablespoons Nonfat mayonnaise
½ ounce Celery -- chopped
½ ounce Onion -- finely chopped
2 slices Light bread
¾ ounce Lettuce leaves

Directions

Cut crab in half or shred. Combine with mayonaise, celery, and onion.

Serve on bread with lettuce.
