11 ounces Can mandarin oranges*
½ cup Sour cream -- dairy
½ cup Dates -- chopped
2 tablespoons Almonds -- chopped
½ cup Miniature marshmallows --

¼ cup Flaked coconut

Directions

*Drained Prepare and bake Gingerbread as directed. Combine mandarin oranges, sour cream, dates, almonds, and marshmallows. Spread over gingerbread and sprinkle with coconut. Chill to set topping. Yield: One 8-inch square, about 9 servings Recipe By :
