Directions
Roll up from the wide base of the wedge to make crescents. Arrange on the pans to rise.
15. When the rolls are almost doubled, set racks at the upper and lower thirds of the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F. Carefully brush the rolls with the egg wash.
16. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the rolls are well colored and firm, or until they have reached an internal temperature of about 210 degrees F.
17. Cool rolls on racks.
18. Serve the rolls for breakfast or with another meal. To warm the rolls before serving, place them on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes, until just heated through.
