Sole turbans with florentine stuffing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 larges Cleaned flounder or sole
Fillets (6-8 oz ea)
FLORENTINE STUFFING
¾ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Melted butter

Directions

Divide fillets into 6 servings; sprinkle with salt. Place about ¾ cup stuffing on each fillet, roll & secure with toothpicks. Place in well greased shallow 1½ baking dish; drizzle butter over all. Bake 350 oven for 25 minutes.
