Spaghetti with cauliflower

Ingredients

1 | medium | Cauliflower, in 1\" florets |
Salt -- to taste | ||
2 | cups | Spaghetti sauce |
1 | pounds | Thin spaghetti |
1 | cup | Cheddar cheese |
½ | cup | Parmesan cheese -- grated |
Directions
Put a large pot of salted water on to boil. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a deep heavy skillet with an ovenproof handle over low heat. Add garlic and cook for several minutes, until softened. Add cauliflower and sprinkle with salt. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally for about 8 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in the boiling water until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and toss with remaining 1 tbsp oil. Place spaghetti on individual plates and top with cauliflower. Toss and sprinkle with cheeses.
