Spam broccoli pecan salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can SPAM Luncheon Meat, cut in strips (12 oz)
¾ pounds Broccoli, broken into flowerets, blanched
¼ pounds Cheddar cheese, cut in matchstick-size pieces
½ cup Thinly sliced radishes
¼ cup White wine vinegar
3 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 Garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ cup Toasted pecans

Directions

In skillet, saute SPAM over medium heat until lightly browned. In large bowl, combine broccoli, SPAM, cheese, and radishes. In small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic, and dry mustard. Toss dressing with SPAM mixture. Cover and chill 1 hour. Before serving, stir in toasted pecans.
