Spiced grilled lamb

Quantity Ingredient
4 Loin lamb chops completely trimmed of fat - about 3/4 lb
1 teaspoon Chili powder with no salt added
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano
Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions

If you plan to broil the chops, preheat the broiler. If grilling, prepare the grill. Wash the chops and dry them with paper towels. Mix the chili powder, cumin, oregano and pepper, and pat on both sides of chops. Grill or broil the chops on both sides until done, about 10 minutes for medium rare.
