Spicy salsa chops

½ | Jalapeno chile pepper,finley chopped | |
4 | (1/2\" thick;pork loin chops; (about 1 lb.) trimmed of fat; |
Directions
In large nonstick skillet, combine tomatoes, onion, brown sugar, salt, lime juice, garlic and chile pepper; mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Add pork chops spoon chops. Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Cook over medium-heat for 5 minutes. Turn pork chops, cook an additional 5 minutes to 10 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.
